1 Processing & Production Time

Our printed-on-demand and customized art orders require a manufacturing lead time of 14 days before they ship.

  • In-Stock Art. Shipped within 3 to 8 business days.
  • Customized Art. 14 days of production before shipment begins.

Production and shipping do not occur on weekends or statutory holidays.

2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For orders under the free shipping threshold, costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Standard Shipping. 5 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping. 2 to 3 business days, available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items. Large-scale wall art or heavy frames may require Freight Shipping. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

3 Packaging & Safety

We use reinforced, moisture-resistant packaging designed specifically for artwork.

  • Flat Art. Shipped in heavy-duty stay-flat mailers.
  • Canvases & Frames. Shipped with corner protectors and industrial-grade bubble wrap.

4 North American Shipping

We currently ship across the United States and Canada from our dual hubs in Buffalo, NY and Mississauga, ON, meaning no cross-border duties or customs delays.

  • Currency. Prices and thresholds are processed in USD or CAD. The free shipping limit applies to the equivalent value at time of purchase.
  • Taxes. Recipients are responsible for any state or provincial taxes. Art Source collects these at checkout.

5 Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update.

6 Damaged or Lost Shipments

Art is delicate! If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Inspect immediately. Document any visible damage to the outer box before opening.
  2. Take photos. Capture clear images of the packaging and the damaged artwork.
  3. Contact us. Email customerservice@artsourcehome.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for any items damaged during transit.

7 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Art Source is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Redelivery fees for returned packages will be the responsibility of the buyer.

8 PO Box Restrictions

Art Source cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
