Warranty Policy

At Art Source we stand behind the quality of our wall art. We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and stay that way.

1 What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal indoor display conditions, including:

  • Structural Integrity. Warping frames, loose mounting hardware, or delamination of canvases.
  • Print Quality. Significant premature fading or discoloration beyond natural UV aging.
  • Adhesion. Peeling or bubbling of vinyl or adhesive-backed art.

2 The Arrival Guarantee

Since art is fragile, we offer a 48-Hour Inspection Period. If your order arrives damaged by the carrier:

  • Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the damage to the packaging and product
  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

3 Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

4 What Is Not Covered

To keep our prices competitive, this warranty does not cover:

  • Installation Errors. Damage caused by improper mounting or hanging.
  • Environmental Damage. Issues caused by exposure to extreme humidity, direct outdoor elements (unless specified as outdoor-rated), or high-intensity heat.
  • Physical Abuse. Scratches, dents, or tears occurring after a successful delivery.
  • Minor Variance. Slight color shifts between digital screens and physical prints within industry-standard tolerances.

5 How to File a Claim

To start a claim, email our support team at customerservice@artsourcehome.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the defect
  3. Clear photos showing the issue

The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can resolve your claim.

6 Resolution

If a defect is verified, Art Source will, at its discretion, either:

  1. Replace the defective item with a new one
  2. Provide pro-rated credit if the specific item is no longer in production
